So anyway my desk is right next to the window. About 10:45 I see someone pinching my neighbours pushbike. I know exactly who it is so straight on the phone to the feds. 2 minutes on the phone directing them (the operator was doing a great job typing all my directions telling them exactly where he's headed). 25 seconds later I receive a call saying he's in custody. About 60 seconds after that I see an officer pull up and put the bike back in it's rightful place.
Sorted in minutes and the owner doesn't even know what happened

I'll hold my hands up when I see something great, and that was some pretty amazing service.
