Hero thanks a lot! Got the gf downloading it now while im.at work! Lol took some explaining had to download it on my phone and pop it on drop box so she could do it on my pc but now shes got it going cant wait to play tnite then

Haven't really played much past the intro yet so i couldn't make a personal opinion, a lot of the aussies that have been playing since yesterday are describing it as the Skyrim of FPS though if that helps.

Fair enough i can imagine the only thing that makes it like just cause is an island and free roam, im sure its a far better game ill see for myself later sorry u dont like it though

I know, it's ridiculous that the game plays better without the Uplay crap.

Have you patched it to 1.01?

I'm struggling with performance right now, GTX 580 @ 830/2050 MHz at 2560x1440, had to switch to Dx9 to avoid major slowdowns. The 310.64 beta drivers don't seem to help much with the 5** cards. GTX570 is slower than HD 5870 in this game. :o

That graph is a bit misleading unless everything is only at stock. 7850 & 2500k both OC'd and 32 fps has been my absolute minimum not average, Ultra settings, 1920x1080 but only x2 AA.

Bit weird seeing people on the Ubi forum with 690's etc having worse performance.
 
OOO no idea if it patched after i did the UBI DL just got the crack and replaced the locked files. Run the game with farcry3_d3d11 api and it runs perfect. I'll swap the files out tommorow for legit once keys are available.

That is the case, we're just using the crack atm rather than waiting for Ubi to send the code at midnight, it just has the added bonus of bypassing uplay completely.

Got the same issue, tried emailling them but guessing I'll get the same canned reply. Wonder what it is. I bank with HSBC but my friend does as well and he bought his no problem.

Tried transferring the funds into my paypal beforehand and even that didn't work.
