First time on the motorway today and i did everything correct came down the slip road at 65mph joined traffic in the left lane, noticed 2 huge lorries in the left lane ahead moved up to 70mph noticed they where getting closer indicated and checked blind spot and moved over to middle lane, then as im very close to passing one of the lorries goes to over take the other lorrie, i could see the point if the other lorry was going at 50mph and they where doing 60mph but they where both at practicly the same speed, he or she did this as i was very close to overtaking them had to check blind spot and indecate tot he right into the 3rd lane and increase speed to 105mph so i could get past them both quickly....

that lorry driver should not have pulled out when i was so close to it almost crashed into the rear end and these lorrys where massively wide, was my first time to its awesome lol pure speed :D
based on my first encounter i would have to say lorry drivers are dangerous on motorways.

You could have slowed down then safely checked mirrors etc before overtaking. Lorry drivers do that sort of thing all the time it will serve as a lesson in anticipating what other drivers will do and plan what you will do before you almost hit them. I am confused as to why you had to speed up to 105mph.

cause there was a lot of traffic, and my left exit was approaching had to speed up to those speeds to get past them all and move over into the left lane to take my exit.

I have a feeling this thread may not end well :p I believe the correct thing to do is anticipate the lorry overtake and be prepared to move into lane 3, and not do 105MPH to get past. Nothing wrong with doing 105MPH in some situations, but do it when passing two lorries and your life could end up being a lot shorter than you'd planned.

Because it appears that you cannot write coherently in English, yet are old enough to have passed a driving test

You need to learn to be more patient, the safest option was to slow down and not overtake as you were obviously close to the junction you were exiting on.

Which motorway junction?

OMG,, whats the point in posting in the motor section of ocuk.
you lot think there bloody amazing, far superior to us learners, and whats my grammer got to do with my driving. (grammer police) there is always one.

if you guys are going to degrade learners in here whats the point in taking information in here when all you lot do is bash the OP.

im not at fault here, the stupid lorry driver pulled out way to late...

You failed to anticipate the obvious.

These things come with experience.

Until you have this experience, doing 105mph on a motorway probably isn't a sensible idea.
