^^This.Seems like some people put in a couple of hours and moan it isn't any good. This game needs serious investment.Played 10 hours or so and feel like I barely scratched the surface. So much to do and such varied gameplay it's ridiculous. A lot of nitpicking from some posters, imo. No game is perfect.
Takedowns are so much fun.Especially when the detection meter is almost full and you plunge the knife in their necks at he last moment.
Another cool element when attacking camps is switching off the alarm. Can get pretty hairy at times.![]()
Explain to me where the variety is in this game?
Shooting up 38 camps - pretty much all the same from what I can tell.
Climb 18-odd towers. Ooh the excitement!
Stab a bad guy - see "shooting up 38 camps" above
Open hundreds of loot boxes, boring. Annoying. Moronic.
"Hunting"? What hunting? If you mean shooting something thats moving and looks like an animal, it's hardly "hunting" is it? It's not like you have to stalk it and take your time. It's just there and you shoot it. Pathetic.
Drive med packs to a checkpoint (moronic).
Race through some checkpoints to win some money, boring, seen it all before.
There's no satisfaction in exploring to find crates etc. as each crate contains the same old crap. There's nothing special to find.
You can't talk to anyone, there's no interaction
I can just imagine what we look like playing it, sat there transfixed, mouths wide open, eyes glazed over, not really sure why we're playing it. It's one of those games where you suddenly decide to stop playing and you're just left with this hollow feeling of "What did I just do? I just spent hours and I can't even remember what I did and I don't even think it was fun."
The whole thing is a chore, just like FC2 was, just like half the games that come out these days. It's just a load of banal tasks strung together very loosely around a weak story. There's no depth to the world at all, nothing. It's just a pretty landscape, there is literally nothing interesting about the game world other than the nice colours.
