TBH im not surprised at all, i used to drive up London/Whitechapel to be more precise, most days i would see BMW M3s, and lots of various German and Japanese machinery hooning around residential areas, and then driving like complete ********* along the main A roads.
For the most part they are young, and i have no idea (well i do know) HOW they actually PASSED their driving tests.

Like others have all ready said, im just glad that no other real innocent person was harmed, and that these individuals will only blame each other for the rest of their lives.

Every thread like this where there is a news story and somebody's ethnic origin gets described, someone tries to play the race card. It's so boring.
 
I can't help but think this is a great success?

No one was hurt except the morons involved, and it's 2 less people putting your and my life at risk on the roads.

I know a chap who would be very pleased:

However my sympathies do go out to anyone unfortunate enough to witness it, and the people who are stuck having to "clear up" afterwards :(
 
There is absolutely no case in this for anyone to talk about speed limits.
Theses people were stupid, 140mph is stupid in the dry, its a death sentence in the rain...

Nope live in Gants hill which is just outside Ilford:).

The road i live on is notorious for idiots speeding in the middle of the night, if it isnt the dipstick drivers doing it, its the police lol.

Saying that it wasnt so bad going back 10 yrs or so, now its just real bad and its only a matter of time before someone gets run over or a car ends up in someones front room :/

Yep ive seen quite a few videos of cars being crashed into walls but not at over 100mph.

All i remember from that particular fifth gear episode is how the car exploded, even the guy who was presenting the episode had to cover his ears, it was that loud :/

Hmm, I don't know. There must be a missing piece to this story, drink/drugs or something. I mean, I've driven at high speed and this never happened to me. I'm sure a 5 and 7 series are quite capable of driving safely at high speed.
 
The car yes, the driver? Who knows. It could have been as easy as a fast lane change putting two wheels onto the gravel of the CR which would have caused total loss of control at those speeds.
 
couple of Darwin Awards right there, thankfully they don't appear to have killed anyone not racing!

Depends how hard it was raining but at those speeds all it would take is a layer of moving surface water wouldn't it?
 
They were racing. The crash wasn't just caused by driving at high speed. This is why racing should be confined to tracks. Complete idiots. Driving over the speed limit is one thing when it's just one car, but racing your mates at 140 mph is a recipe for disaster! Shows what sort of intelligence levels are on display when the first thing they do is start punching each other after the crash.
 
Bloody chavs - honestly feel sorry for their families but cant help but think that they deserved to die - complete and utter morons
