loving morgana ap with liandrys torment :D

I tried teemo earlier aswell with
liandrys torment (5% of enemy current hp in dmg over 3 seconds on spellhit)
malady (basic attacks deal 10% of your ap in dmg)
lich bane (50 + 75% of your ap in dmg on your next basic attack after using an ability)

and it was pretty good but obviously takes awhile to gather all those items

It looks like I was typing with my on-screen keyboard and didn't want to write an essay.

Basically, well done you found enigma's item changer which coincidentally has been around for over a year now and worked perfectly in the old shop aswell. I have several problems with the new shop, one of the main ones being you still need a 3rd party program (or edit .ini files yourself) to make it functional. Doing that and then lauding Riot's design is, to me anyway, just silly.

About the only thing I can commend them for is finally adding a search bar.

I don't understand why...? It looks a bit prettier and a bit more modern. I don't understand why people are moaning so much, the old shop wasn't exactly streamlined or efficient...

I could double click on an item and find what i needed from it faster than i can navigate the shop and some of the suggested items arent exactly great on some champs

While I'm not moaning "so much", I do express my dislike for it. I wish we had the choice of classic style or current.

im on my lvl 21 champ with noobs...

enemy team has a guy with a platinum banner...

brand vs platinum ez 0-7 in 10mins :S

I've already told you that the game does not take level into account for matchmaking (past 10 anyway) and that anti-smurf detection does work and will skyrocket a smurfs elo up once detected.

In other news, stop smurfing.
 
I'm legit lvl 21 playing with randoms and not the highest skilled player in the game.

I just want a fair and even leveling experience without fighting people with a 9 point mastery and full rune set advantage.
 
You are not level 21, you have had a level 30 account for a very long time.

You *are* smurfing on you're lvl 21 smurf account and again, for the last god-damn time, Matchmaking does not take your level into account. It matches you based on elo only.

Something is certainly wrong - Ark just give us your game name and then no one will doubt you but I don't think anyone sees the situations you do :(

people doubt lvl 30's with stupid elo in ranked are in low level games with there lowbie friends getting a stupidly easy ride with a huge rune and mastery advantage?

try playing with 9 mastery points taken off and like 3 runes in total and see how hard the game is when your opponent has them.

everyone knows I have a level 30 but obviously I have to be smurfing to level on a diff server...

No I'm complaining the game is putting lvl 30s in games with lvl 21's.

But of course you cant level on a different server without smurfing...
The only advantage I have is knowledge of what champs do what which at this level pretty much everyone knows anyway.
 
So what does a 30 have over a 21 then if thats the only advantage you have at that level? (You know, considering really you are a 30 yourself)
