Well not really, I can get an IP address, therefore something is providing it.

The problem appears to be that nothing at that IP address is responding.

Because the A(IPv4) & AAAA(IPv6) records in the DNS servers for some reason don't exist anymore for www.facebook.com, but do for facebook.com www.o.facebook.com and what not. The Facebook servers themselves are fine.
