So currently I have a gym right beside work which I will generally go to most days to finish the workout I started in the morning or do some stretching. However, there is a gym nearby my home that is pretty immense in terms of equipment and even Olympians etc train there i.e. its bad ass. Currently I am weighing up my options here of the pro of a good facility v the con of not being able to break up my work day.

With this in mind, what do you all do normally during lunch hour? Surf the interwebz? Go eat with people? Go for a walk?

I sit at a desk all day so currently I adore my lunch hour for escaping my office and not sitting on my butt for two seconds. Therefore I'm looking to find a way to continue this and be productive

I live a 8 minute walk from work so I escape home make a sandwich and watch a tv series episode.

It is a great escape.

I dont have one, I sit and eat my dinner at my pc probably browsing on here. Maybe have 15-20 min break and thats it, back to work again.

Normally I go downstairs to one of the restaurants and eat lunch with people and chat. Today I went to the carol service up in one conferences rooms put on by the Christian community at work.

Half an hour. Most of it comprises of me actually buying lunch, though, as my office is on the outskirts of town nowhere near the shops or supermarkets. After I get back, I eat it while browsing BBC News or these forums.

I also only get half an hour - no gym attached to my work or near by that I'm aware of :(

It's usually a case of eat what ever I've brought in with me. Have a cup of tea before heading back to work.

I've recently been skipping gym and attending my local (Edinburgh) climbing wall which is much more fun and more intense depending on how you want your session to go. :)

Eat some food and always, always stretch my legs. I try to get outside for atleast 20 or 30mins because otherwise I'm sat at my desk or in meetings all day.

Typically go to lunch for 30 mins or so with colleagues, then nip off to read on my kindle for a bit. Some days I just pinch a sandwich and skip straight to the reading though :)

Depends on the day, go meet my Bro at KFC or MaccyD, grab a spagbol from a cafe next door and watch iPlayer at my desk. There is an awesome carvery 10min walk as well, last week I got a nice roast beef lunch with roast potatoes and veg... there are some advantages to work in The City.
