Ooooh, just opened up the package properly, my secret stalker has gone very far. Very nicely packaged, and even gift tags with hints on them. Im itching to open them!

My presents turned up yesterday and I am a-tingle with anticipation. One is soft and squishy like a t-shirt, 2 are identically sized boxes, and the last is a mystery to me. Either way, they're under my rapidly dying Christmas tree!

Despite Royal Mail's best attempts I've got my package today.

I've just moved house and gave my old address to my secret santa as I was moving about the time the things would get sent out. I thought there would be no problems as I've still got the keys to my old place for a couple of weeks and have a mail redirection set up anyway.
I popped round to the old flat in the week and saw that I had a missed delivery and a note saying I could collect it from the local office.

So, I went round there this morning and was told that the postman had actually left it with one of the other flats. I guess the delivery note was just a ploy to confuse me. Obviously they didn't have any information about which flat it was left with either, but after a bit of knocking on doors I managed to find the guy who had collected it and it's now safely in my possession

Dont worry, your present is coming. I just cant send it too early otherwise it may ruin it!

No idea what that means really in the context of 'spoil if sent too early'.
