Really liked their previous album (Boots Met My Face) didn't know they had a new album out, added it to the list of ones to listen to!
I've only bought the 2nd law this year.
Ive actually the past few weeks been listening to Nightwish.
Its awful, but catchy.

How could I forget the behmoth that is Killing Joke's MMXII?!? Stunning album.
So, to recap (I don't have a single 'best' album; they're all different styles):

Alcest - Les Voyages de l'Âmes
The Blood of Heroes - The Waking Nightmare
Killing Joke - MMXII
Soundgarden - King Animal
Swans - The Seer
I was tempted to put Death Grips - No Love Deep Web down, but to be honest, I wasn't that taken with it.
So, to recap (I don't have a single 'best' album; they're all different styles):

Josh Doyle's self titled debut is simply beautiful such a talented singer song writer and I'm hoping for big things from him in 2013.

Giving this a go on spotify now, loved Fur and Gold years ago but hated Two Suns. New one seems pretty good so far! (can't believe I didn't know a new album had been made)
By a long long way, Mumford and Son's 'Babel', perhaps even better than 'Sigh no More'
Other treats are Amy Mcdonald's 'Life in a Beautiful Light', The Lumineers, Of Monsters and Men - 'My head is an Animal' and Mark Tremonti's solo album 'All I was'.
Can't stand Alt-J's album - bandwagon ****
Biggest disappointment? The 2nd Law, what a joke.
