Cordless phones?

I was also looking for a good wall mountable cordless phone but couldn't find anything decent.

In the end I bought a Siemens Gigaset SL785 set with extra handsets, the main transmitter/receiver is wall mounted and then the phones only have a small footprint charger/holder units.

Not exactly what we wanted but they work very well and at least part of it is out the way on the wall.

Interested to see if you find something better where the handset holder is wall mounted also.

Hmm, looking at the panasonic website, most of theirs are wall mountable. The Panasonic KX-TG8062EB has good reviews.

Bump. Our cordless 'slave' phones don't pick up the main unit now that we're in a bigger house. Eg the phone in our bedroom, which is just on a charging dock, cannot find the main base unit which is down in the living room. Any tips for cordless phones with a good range?

+1 for the Panasonic KX-TG8062EB, got one base unit plus additional four handsets, excellent phones, very good range & loads of features.

Robbie G: Sometimes raising the height of the base unit can help, had a older set of cordless phones at last place, base unit would only see the one phone in back bedroom when sat on top of bookcase.

Ignore my post. The base unit had been unplugged by the virgin installer yesterday, that was why the second phone wasn't picking up the base unit. Engage full retard.

Thanks anyway :D.
