Overclockers UK website in 2000!

AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.1GHz (Socket A) Guaranteed to 1.25GHz+

I beleive this was what brought me to ocuk forums and was my first purchase from ocuk :)

The logo was much better looking back then.

A bit like the one on the side of the still current Christmas pud (currant pud?)

I knew the old guard were a bad lot but now you point that out!....

That pudding needs revamping.

But the new logo won't look right on the pud??

FreeSpeed Pro Athlon Overclocking Card

I bought one from OcUK.
It turned my 550Mhz Slot A Athlon into a 900Mhz super CPU. Was the fastest thing around at the time :)

I was expecting the tech to be cheaper but it was actually more expensive back then...£249 for a 19 inch crt oh wow.
I bought a 19" CRT screen from OcUK in 2003 for £350.

The Globalwin 802 was such a beast of a case, extremely well built and I used to love the removable motherboard tray.

I think I bought my current monitor, a 17" Hercules Prophet View 920 DVI pro, from here around the release date 10(?) years ago or so and I think it was around £350.

Haha. I bought a P2 450 with 128mb Ram, 64gb HDD, 8mb ATI 2d card, 2 x 12mb Voodoo 2 SLI 3d cards and a 19" CRT in 1998 and got no change from 2.5k!!!
