Time in lieu doesn't exist for me, nor does "flexi". 40 hours OT a month does though, not including on call duties.

No bonus, no increase in pay. Great.

I've only been in this role 6 weeks and I had a pretty hefty increase in salary from my old job in comparison - as such I'm happy with what I've got!

5.3% rise & 7% bonus. The bonus is not worth it though, i call it 'lunch money' bonus because after tax it would pay for a £10 meal at 5 days a week. BUT next year i will very likely work in broker support....finally hitting the 40% tax rate & much better bonus. Interesting thread but i feel for the people without jobs.
