Right people, post up your targets and I'll add them all to this post, maybe in excel or something, and we can track what we are all doing.

Whether its gym lift related, cycling, swimming or something else, post up where you are and your targets and I'll see about some graphs and other rubbish to help us monitor progress :)

Hopefully this will help with motivation and decent goal setting for all of us!!

Targets:
Squat - 250
Axle Overhead - 140
Log - 140
Deadlift - 300 (gotta happen now I've got some decent motivation)
Deadlift - 250x5+
Atlas stone - 160kg to >50"
 
Running:
40 minutes without stopping. (currently 18minutes)

Pullups:
5 (current 0)


Pressups:
100 (currently about 10)
and ofcourse weightloss :/

13stone (current 15'10 although that may be a bit more after yesterday and today :D )

Nothing particularly inspiring but it gives me something.

19 stone at present would like to lose 2 stone of flab this year.

Would like my dark blue belt in jui jitsu and be working towards my brown.

Would like to learn to surf.

May be a little optimistic but that's my goals =P I'm going to give it everything I got! Bring on 2013! :D

Powerlifting Total: 455 - 500
Weight: 68 - 72
Learn the breast stroke

A bit ambitious, but I'll be happy with a 20-25% increase across all lifts except deadlifts
 
Improve all my lifts by at least 10%
Improve flexibility and mobility (become a supple leopard)
Fix my flat feet
Remain injury free
Remain sub 78kg (gives me 4kg to play with :))

Current lifts are bench/squat/Deadlift

100/150/170

That's based on my current 1rm and where I'd like to be towards the end of 2013. I may revise in year but that's what I'm looking at right now.

They seem a bit adventurous but I know more about training now then I ever have. I still gained a lot this year, even though I had a lot of time off and my diet was utterly shocking, also lost a stone!

So yep, I reckon they're manageable. :)
 
Current: Currently weighing in at 165 lbs, with a stagnant life style, with fatty deposits in the expected places(Ass, Belly)

I do Wing Chun once a week and pilates. Havent touched the weights in well over 6 months, and when I did I wasnt putting in the effort required for real change.

Goal: Gain as much muscle mass as possible over the next 12 months, 12lbs would be nice, 1lb per month. And considering how skinny my legs are if i put in the effort I imagine I could do quite well.

Main thing I'll be sticking to is, I'M NOT ON A DIET. :p Losing fat wont even come into my mind during the next 12 months, but I imagine a happy side effect to eating healthily and lifting weights, along side pilates and Wing Chun fist will be fat loss.
 
I have 2 goals for this 2013:
-Ride a 10 mile time trial in 22:30 or less.
-Lose at least 1/2 stone. (Currently 13 stone)
 
Deads: 250kg
Squats: 200 for reps

Ohp: 100kg

Main targets. Others

Chins with 50+ kg
Ring dips with 30+ kg
10+ handstand push ups
Start getting some proper snatch going
