I can see why it happened, from the body language I read.

Barney stops Taylor from releasing the handshake and pulls Taylor's head down in a dominating manoeuvre. Barney trying to show him who was "boss".

Taylor read this and justifiably gave him his disapproval. Must be this as they were ok seconds before on the first handshake.

or Barney wanted a hug and Taylor didn't want one, grabbing back Taylors arm is what prompted it.

no way, barney was only trying to be a good sportsman and congratulate/talk etc, taylor was rushing off being an arrogant **** as usual. good job hes goona get smashed by MVG on tues.

I think it was because when barney pulled him back it hurt his hand/arm.

Seems to me like Barney shakes his hand, Taylor tries to get away and says "**** off" and it all stemmed from that.

Taylor's also said some not very nice things about Barney and his other half apparently so there's going to be a bit of tension there.

I think this is nearer the mark. Taylor doesn't seem to be able to let go of a grudge and it spills over onto the stage and interviews. Barney should have been the first person to have his hand shaken by Taylor at the end but ended up being the last. On top of that, his antics were plain childish. All Barney wanted was a man hug

Some of you really ought to not to be so quick to judge. Barney was running his mouth and talking trash about Taylor before the match which is a bad move because it never works as the result of this match shows. It's not as if Taylor refused to shake hands at the end of the match but he was clearly still pumped up and was thinking about the things Barney had said about him. Taylor could have handled it better but the reaction understandable imo.
