How is Mayuka? I'm thinking it's time to try some silvers, bored of golds... what's the best league for a solid team? I'm thinking 4312 :)

I would replace Stek with Frey, he's amazing just trust me on that! Erm, left midfield I'd probably pick Estigarribia as he's been decent for me, I did buy Giovinco as well and I found him to be terrible. De Ceglie is very solid at left back, I haven't tried Pereira this year but last year he was rubbish. Your CBs are way too slow and if you want cheaper options you should replace them with Ogbonna, Gamberini, Bocchetti even Bonucci feels quick, same with right back where I'd get rid of Caceres and put someone a bit quicker in. Konko doesn't have as good work rates as Caceres but he's much faster and able to recover from any positional errors though he's been solid for me.

I really like Vucinic but Milito hasn't stopped scoring for me yet, the guy is an absolute beast and so cheap as well. I'd swap Hamsik for Cassano and I'd probably get rid of De Rossi and put Zanetti there instead. :)

Although I've only played a couple of games with this team I must say I'm liking the feel of the new formation so far! :)

Biabiani is ridiculously quick on the right and although I'd seen reference to Muriel being the business in this thread I didn't really believe it but having used him - WOW!!!! :eek: 5 goals in 2 games - all cracking finishes!! Best couple of thousand coins I've ever spent!!!

Looks good! I hope Frey performs for you because he's really good for me, the only goals he's conceded for me are the ones which I never see any keeper save. Chanjy scored an epic 30 yarder against him with RVP but to be fair it was at an angle and I don't think any of my others would have stopped it going in. :p

Plus his throwing is epic, reaches the halfway line with ease!
 
For me Frey has to be the worst keeper I have ever used. Useless at everything. Stek on the other hand is a machine. Stops seemingly all types of shots. I still concede goals but you do no matter the keeper.

Matri is just insane! Scores all kind of goals and never lets me down. Very tempted by his IF but doesn't look all that different so probably not worth it.

I am really enjoying this team especially because of Reus who is just awesome. His shooting and dribbling is just amazing.
 
How much did you use him? I used Stek for about 50 games in a Dutch team and he was a pansy. A lot of the comments for goalkeepers on futhead are really mixed though. Like Marchetti who I used a while back and he was utter cobblers. :confused:
 
It does seem to be a pattern that revolves around how you allow shots on goal on what GK suits. Ive got Marchetti in my Russian team (Italian defence) and hes ok, but Id never say hes special. Mandandas been great for me surprisingly - just love that throw to the halfway line especially at FKs...

I actually dont seem to notice much difference between GKs but then I dont tend to allow that many shots on goal - you get used to FIFA deciding whats gonna be a goal and whats not...
