TOTY next week

Upgrades end of month - don't buy anyone expensive who has played well all season as they'll probably get a new card and yours will be worthless

Hmmm, I didn't realise the regular cards got a stand-alone update! Be interesting to see what they do to Michu's 75 rated card!! :D
 
Do players get downgrades too ? So if they have been on the bench or just god damm awful. No players spring to mind right at the moment but just wondering.

Or are they purely upgrades to cards.

Moyles is manager. Demba is useless IMO, used him a few times and he's never in position. These are the sort of level players I can afford.

I found Demba Ba a bit clumsy - depending on your budget I'd probably go for Kone and the other Cisse from QPR!

Also I found Sigurdsson to be quite poor - I'd look at Ruiz, Sessegnon, Taraabt or possibly Oscar I've found to be decent both at CAM and ST!

Toure and Upson don't give you much pace at CB - I think most people on here will recommend M'Bia, Luiz and Kaboul - although they can be a bit pricey sometimes! Figueroa isn't bad for the money!

played 4 games with 3421 and lost 3 of them! lol
so I am using my old 352 team atm :-)

anyone recommend a formation/team perhaps 451 or 41212 or should I stick to 352
 
I don't find 3 at the back formations that strong this year, anyone remotely good will just shift it wide and exploit you.

what do you suggest then, 4321 and 4312 look very narrow

41212 I played it a lot in fifa11 and found it really good, not tried in in fifa13
451 no CDM, could be a issue playing against a team with a cam/cf
433 again no CDM
4231 shame you cannot use wingers in the cam positions.. lavezzi at cam would be nice

-Tiote for Parker
-Valencia for Sturridge
-Taarabt for Gerrard (though CAMs are about preference I guess)
-Mirallas / Kone up front unless you are happy. Possibly Podolski?
