Yeah snips i am kinda on a budget ie the less i can pay, the better lol...also I've always been an Nvidia person...but thought I'd give a different card a try

if anyone is about ? ive got the card , its all nice and working, one question though....the GIGABYTE OC GURU software that comes with the card do i actually need it ? cos when its running its mucking up my firefox

it sounds like its just overclocking software, which if you dont want to overclock you wont need it. get the gfx drivers from amd

You might find MSI Afterburner is good for fan profiles....although if you don't overclock its maybe not needed.
