Newbie Advice Please

Hi,

I bought a PC for general use a few months ago, but I'm now looking to play some games on it. I'm not looking for top end stuff, will mostly be playing Skyrim but would be happy to buy another new card in future if I want to up my gaming so to speak.

So, the system I have is Acer XC600. I'm looking for a reasonably priced graphics card. Im also not sure if I would have to change my PSU?

Any advice appreciated.

Looking at the size of that PC, you will struggle to get a GPU in there. What clearence do you have for your PCI-E slot?

Yeah, is very small, with 220w psu.

While the PSU may be enough for something like 7850 or maybe slightly lower, as gregster said, it may be a struggle getting anything at all in there.

Can find no pics of internals...

Not sure about the clearance, will have to open and have a look. Got some stuff downloading right now, so will have a look in a bit.

Have looked at this, and it's not possible to get a decent card into that setup due to the low profile requirements.
