Me and my lad were watching the Elephant Man movie the other day as I got the David Lynch collection for Chrimbo.

It had an effect on him as it did me when I first saw it. It is a powerful film and very moving too.

Any how as I was tidying his bedroom earlier this evening I found this on his desk.

He is writing his own book bless him.:D

Have any of you come across anything done by a child that's brought a smile to your face ?

I think you should be concerned that your son is a forger, he is clearly writing a counterfeit book, that ISBN is related to 'Astrosaurs Academy: Destination Danger' not the widely popular 'John Merrik (the elephant man)' biography. I would keep a lookout for blank passports and laminating machines next time you tidy his room.

Edit: At above how sad are we!

Hey, I'm a 25 year-old male, is there something better I could be doing at 1am on a Saturday than running ISBN numbers through Google? :o :(

Absolutely not. If you go outside you may be set upon by groups of feral females, drunk on lust and WKD. They may force you into filthy sexual deviances if you are really unlucky

That's top work by your lad OP, he will go far. I mean it, not the casual compliment people give to your kids :)

Sounds terrible. I'm fitting more locks to my front door, just in case they attack.
