Dang that's a nice set up you have.

Now just need kickstarter to end, to get the printed parts and the final parts list so I can find the hot head and a load of other parts, to build the 3d printer.

What printer are you making, and would you consider a build log ?

First lego set i've bought for myself in about 16 years. Had a real hankering to build some after helping my little nephew with some sets over christmas.

Decided to go for the current mack daddy of technics sets, over 2000 peices, 5 manuals, all articulated parts. Got discount through work so instead of £150 it was only £115. Thw box itself is huge, so no idea how big the completed set will be. Got the weekend to myself so shall start shortly. Can't wait!

its pretty good, usb3 works quite well (not quite as fast as the native usb3 on my sandy bridge htpc (max transfer on my htpc usb3 is 200MB/s and on this about 170MB/s using my sandisk extreme 64GB USB stick)

havent tried the card slot

one thing that works really well is the powered sata and data sata ports. it means i can connect any bare HDD to the front of my PC

yeah it was definitly worth it

oh, the usb3 is connected by PCI-E 1X

Cool, thanks for the response.

Bought myself an iPad Mini, loving it so far, really do prefer this size to the bigger brother.

Also in picture are some CD wall frames I got off eBay £9.99 for 9, going to put all my 2pac albums in them and put them on the wall, comes with velcro for easy fitting. Pretty cool. :)

What torque are they and what are you building? Have you got someone to print out the stuff for you?
