New Corvette C7

Indeed, the C6 drives as well as anything i have ever driven. Just where does this myth that the corvette is a straight line only barge actually come from?

People that have never driven one or certainly one of the newer C5's or newer where they came on leaps and bounds. :)

That is fantastic looking really liking the new back end and as said it has a bit of transformer feel to it.

Top Gear.

This thing looks amazing.

Love it, cracking looking motor! Reminds me a little of the Ferrari F12...

The whole styling strikes me as being very 'Italian', if that makes sense? All angles and aggression, sort of a middle ground between Lamborghini and Ferrari's current styles.

What will it be like on bends, as we all know yanks cant make cars that handle.

I do love Corvettes and the new one looks very tasty indeed, but with our sensible hats on, £50,000 seems a bit steep.

In the UK market though 50k for a 450BHP V8 monster with great handling, super looks is about the going rate.

If you want one cheaper, import it yourself and have no warranty or be prepared to dealing with the US for warranty issues which can be both good and bad.

No, if my memory serves me right, the last time they had one on Jezza was waxing lyrical about it.

Thats the older Z06 which I personally feel is the benchmark, think the ZR1 was just over-priced and too much power for the chassis.

The Z06 has the best engine, a great chassis and can now be had for 30k. :D

The C7 Vette will only handle better than the already superb handling C6/Z06. :)
