Plus you dont run the risk of a spilling a boiling hot cup of water over your nuts based catastrophe, such as you have suffered here.

Go to the hospital. It's what they're there for.
Burns are far more prone to infection than some other injuries and bacteria especially love warm and moist environments to thrive in, i.e. your crotch area.
Go. To. The. Hospital.

Cauterize the wound with a soldering iron. It's the only way to be sure.

I once spilt a frying pan full of boiling oil all over my hand (trying to earn some brownie points by cooking the missus a fry up). Oh man, my hand felt like it was literally on fire for about 48 hours! I didn't go to the hospital or the doctors and just stupidly put up with it. Luckily for me it healed and left no scarring.

My advice would be because of your gential issue I would get in to the doctors ASAP.

There's half the problem. You should not treat a burn with cold water as it takes the temp from one extreme to the other.

Luke warm water is the way to do it.
