Did it come with the engine? I remember the Savage X being a bit more advanced than the 25 and the other Savage model iirc. It's been near enough 6/7years since I messed with that kinda stuff.

Doubly so, as you'll have to keep jumping back and re-reading bits to confirm that the person you're reading about in this chapter is the same person from 3 chapters back.
Don't forget that the author is odds on to snuff it before finishing the books
(don't worry though hes told the directors of the TV show all the important plot points he has planned in case that happens).
