Is VRAM also not included in that 16GB limit set by Home Premium as well? Unless he has pro you can only fit 13GB of RAM in there since the 7*** series has 3GB VRAM.

No I don't believe that VRAM is included.

As for the case think I'm going to go for the slightly understated corsair carbide 300r with side window and maybe add some led fans to brighten it up!

It's 1333mhz bud. I've used the Corsair which is 1600mhz and CAS 10, just like the kingston black but £5 cheaper
