One of my Lightning BE's died today. No lights on the card, tried in another pc and the same
RMA request sent, hope it doesn't take too long to sort out. Only bought the card at the end of november and it's hardly been used.

most people that buy this card do so to OC it like crazy, it probably does OC ok at first, only to blow later on.
If you're not overclocking it, it's a complete and utter waste to spend so much on an MSI lightning card.
Its not an MSI wide thing, I don't hear of many 680 Lightnings deciding to commit suicide overnight, yes we had the issue with the 7950's overheating, MSI stood up, took note, found a solution.
This just seems to be a 7970 Lightning thing.
I'll still buy MSI but they really really need to sort these issues out with a £400+ card.
I'd buy MSI again in a flash. Any manufacturers can have a bout of problems but you know with MSI they'll do something about it when they isolate the issue and look after you as well.

Same here.
