Stupid request for advice time!

ok, so ive tried reseating my HS on my cpu/motherboard a number of times using a grain of rice sized amount of thermal paste.

The problem im having is managing to keep it all held down in place and level, without it lifting on one side whilst i get it screwed down, please can someone give me some magic advice or tip on how i can do this without ***** it up.

Strap it down with a belt/bungee????

Have the case on its side if you havent already. When placing it over at the start it wont have much affect if it wobbles a bit. Secure each corner in so that it's held in, then screw in each corner a few turns and moving to the next one. Go diaginally from screws, 1>3, 2>4.

What cooler & CPU are you mounting? Some are more challenging than others.. like HR-02

Which cooler is it? The mounting systems vary quite a lot.

As stated earlier, tighten them in this format.
