313.95 Nvidia drivers

Fire up process explorer, google it dude, and see what is poking the gpu.

OK I've checked out Process Explorer and it seems nothing is using the GPU. Chrome uses 0.05% now and again but even then the clocks keep moving about like crazy.

So around a 5% increase over last drivers?

Any one tried smooth v-sync on plasma tv? Any good?

Try reinstalling. Had the same once with my 680s.

Smooth V-Sync is only for SLI options and from reading other forums and here, quite broken and not very smooth at all :p

answered my next question why don't I have the option for smooth vsync lol

just downloading crysis 3 my friend said it has options for txaa so looking forward to trying the game and seeing what new aa looks like.

I have been playing it in 5760*1080 and it really does make a difference with TXAA. Very smooth even though I only get ~45 fps. It is one of those games that constantly sit at that mark, so it is like watching a film at 45 fps (which would also look very smooth).

bump, anyone else having problems with this?

I've only tested this new feature with one game (far cry 3) so far, and I got the same. Frame rate was capped at 30 (half my refresh rate), and it was really un-smooth.
When I've experimented with Adaptive vsync (half refresh rate setting), its the same as you'd expect, ie 30 fps, but at least it's smooth.

I therefore have no idea what this new setting - Vsync On (Smooth) is trying to accomplish. Seems to be no info about it anywhere?

I just went back to 307.74 and my problem is gone, gonna stick with these until another set or Crysis 3 comes out.

Good call. These seem to work better for SLI users and multi screeners. I am sure they will have any single card issues sorted soon.

Glad to hear it.

I reakon I can get my 670s competing with a 690. My original card does 1250 so I'm hoping the new one does too :D

Well I hit 10900 on one so maybe..... :D

It should be up there. Even at stock my cards are 1% slower than a stock 680 so overclocked they should be able to trade blows. They cost 33% less than a 690 too :D
