You don't have to earn over the threshold to be VAT registered.
I know that, but why else would you be VAT registered?
Not being sarcastic, genuinely don't know that much about it.

Maybe Nintendo will do something about ebay who are essentially now a shop front to sellers who are trading these fake games? Maybe sue ebay to stop them selling any Nintendo games?
Make a complaint straight to Nintendo every time you get sold one of these fakes or report the seller to FAST if they are still around.
Why didn't you look at the feedback before making the purchase?

I saw top rated and didn't think people would get away with selling fakes on such a massive scale?

It's funny. Piracy is seen as a huge no-no, people who illegally download games are he scum of the earth, buy buying obviously fake games from eBay is fine?
To me something like his is far worse than piracy. Downloading a game, nobody loses anything. Buying a fake game and someone is profiting off someone else's work. If you are going to buy fake rubbish like this, just download it, that way you aren't helping these skum break the law.
That's what I was thinking... Didn't NZBMatrix get shut down for similar reasons? Obviously there was a lot more pirated material on there but the principle is the same?

Hilarious. Hunt down the online pirates, but it's fine to scam on ebay because at least then the government makes some tax out of it, eh?

False. The publisher/developer loses out on profits for each illegal copy downloaded over a purchased one!
