It's a bit sickening that people are trying to justify her actions.

She was angry, she found a foreign-looking person and started insulting said person.

If you want to change British foreign policy do so, vote, do not go around harassing and threatening "foreigners" which sometimes are in fact Brits, just look not white(hence foreign to bigots). Since Cameron came to power they actually tighten up immigration rules, it's much harder to get here for student also.

As part of EU you can only do so much when it comes to immigration, you can't have a cake (be in EU) and eat it too (refuse EU immigration).

Why is multiculturalism shoved down our throats? It wasn't 50 years ago.... people were just fine living in their own countries by their own laws doing their own thing.

In which case NHS charges them as long as they do not have residence permit, and they will have residence permit only if they work and therefore contribute taxes or study here and foreign students are a goldmine for universities and the UK.

I think a solution would be to remove free healthcare, free education, free money, free houses for anyone that has not paid taxes in to the system for at least 3 years. One solutions, quick and easy. We can do the education last, but start with healthcare, then houses, then money, then education. By the time we get to education, most of the free loaders would have gone back to their countries of origin with better climates and emerging economies.

If children have long term taxes received a free house, free... without paying taxes for three years, they should be transitions off as quickly as possible. People need to learn that they have to work in order to survive again. You can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't have free everything and then moan when there is none left for you or your children.

I asked this before, but when you guys talk about non-working immigrants who live off benefits...who are you talking about, apart from asylum seekers, what makes you think Britain gives free home and education to random immigrants outside the EU?

Well in that case they have a job and contribute taxes, what's the problem?

When you put job in "" you mean to say that the wages from said job will not end up in the treasury? That's not the case, it's very hard to get working permit here, both business who is hiring and the immigrant has to go through a lot of paperwork, get into the system, register with the police and so on. In fact business are very reluctant to go through this ordeal.

I had a mental moment on a train the other day, was going to create my own thread but this'll do.

Was going up to Manchester with work and was talking business (god that sounds ridiculous) when a lady was wondering up the train with an umbrella. She kept turning around to look backwards and hitting people in the face with her umbrella, or almost hitting them (my colleague avoided it like a ninja). It then hit a woman in the face who had a baby on her lap so I said "hey, watch out, your umbrella is hitting people" in the most friendly and non-imposing of ways. Nobody on the carriage could anticipate what was about to happen next...

She then went on one of the most biblical rants at me that I have ever heard. I was racist (we were both white), sexist, against disabled people, the suppressor of religious groups, xenophobic... insults and huge words I have never even heard of. She stopped and walked off with everyone thinking 'lol wut!' then she ran back for round 2! I just stood there gob smacked before she loudly announced I was a rapist and retreated to the next carriage. At which point I said 'ummm kay' and the whole carriage burst into laughter. We couldn't believe it, what a freak!
