I just got fined £60 from the police for not having a seat belt in the rear passanger seat. Which i think its a joke do use recomend i pay the fine or just ignore it

It's statistically proven that wearing a seatbelt is more dangerous than not wearing one, many more people suffer belt related injuries than people that suffer injuries due to not wearing one.
