Geforce Titan rumours.

10,000 is not many at all. Though it does say "Allegedly, less than 10,000 will be made. In any case - we'll know more next week."

What did you buy from MM?

See 10k is only couple hundred :D

5k America, 1K Russia, 500 Australia, 2k China/Japan, 1k Rest of Europe and 500 UK :D

That's a fair shout Weehamish, if you did not read it ?, US market is generally 50%, but I would not like to guess at the split for the rest ;)

Good news there will be 10,000, more chance they will be slightly cheaper and available to us mere mortals :D

I didnt really see the point in the titan to begin with, but I think im getting it now. Its a single gpu solution to multi screen setups.

Either that or nvidia just want to willy wave :D either way its gonna be a beast and I cant wait to see it.

I doubt you will see any EVGA Titans in the UK/Europe for alongtime if not at all.

Confused at this comment too unless you have a source? EVGA are as quick as other big boy manufacturers at releasing new Nvidia cards. Perhaps even quicker seeing as you can buy directly from them.

Whoever said 100 was very close :D
NDA to be lifted on the 18th i thought? Probably a couple weeks after for selling?

I've made up my mind and i'm getting one now.
No longer watercooling my brothers PC as he wants to stick with air (doesn't want to ow me anymore money :D) So all the stuff i've bought off the MM is going back for sale soon.

For any rads you'll be putting up? If so, dibs :p

Why do you say that ? An earlier rumour was Asus & Evga were the 2 distributors.

I had huge problems buying my x58 EVGA in 2008 and i had to switch brand.
I had the same problem when buying my 690 on day release and had to switch to Gigabyte.

Not one retailer in the whole uk has an EVGA 690 for about 2 months after including OCUK.

EVGA products are very hard to get at the time of release and beings as there are only 10000 being made i bet the EVGA ones will be virtually non-existent in UK/Europe.

As soon as one is released in the USA through EVGA website the Yanks buy them up within minutes.

Ive seen it happen many times with lots of EVGA hardware so if i was you i wouldnt order an EVGA one as you will be waiting forever and may actually miss out.

If i was going to buy from EVGA i would buy directly from them and not through a reseller.

I think this will cost a bit. Not over 800 though, a 690 can be had for that. 700 I reckon, still a fat wad of cash to dump into a GPU. Wish I had the money to!
