*** League of Legends ***

So decided to take a break from Ranked and want to try some of the lesser champs in Normal games for a change, any suggestions?
Tried Poppy and having lots of fun Top - cant decide weather to build AD/AP or AD with some health though, all three seem to work in different situations but become worthless in others (which is why Poppy isnt played anymore I guess).

So - other suggestions? Thinking about rolling back the years and taking Alistar into the jungle as well :)

-edit-

Anyone up for a few games tomorrow? like between 11am - 2pm or so? not fussed on levels and experience etc (I wont proclaim to be an expert myself). Just add me (Alpherah) or ill be hovering around the OcUK chan

So I've been trying Diana out for a few games, with apparently good results in the jungle and mid.

She seems to be pretty strong (didn't she get nerfed, then buffed again?). Good damage, good mobility post lvl6 and a very nice cc...

I am really surprised by how little she is played at low ELO and wondered how viable she is as ELO increases?

She's decently strong at the moment in mid, weaker than pre-nerf, but she was perhaps a little too strong back then. but I wouldn't take her into jungle. There are just much, much stronger picks than a squishy AP carry, especially with the cost effectiveness of health being built at present.

I didn't know you had to have 16 champions not including the free ones to play ranked !

I would advise you not to start ranked yet, you should practice till you are comfortable with at least 10 champions, preferably 2 from each role and have atleast 2/300 wins, jumping in straight away will hurt you quite bad.

Yeah, get more practice against level 30's, it is completely different to level 1-29, if you want to start it then that's fine, but you'll regret it if you start too soon and end up stuck with people that just troll :P

Anyone got any advice for Xin Zhao builds/runes? I currently have him on 21% attack speed with 20/0/0 on masteries. Or does it not really matter, and that I should just build any way I'd like?

For Warwicks 'e' I assume you may as well have it always on since it doesnt cost anything? I assume so but cant see any mention of it.

Unless you are trying to gank someone with low hp and they have no wards (and thus cannot see you) then you should have it on. If you are laning him have it on always, as it can freak opposing jungler out a lot when you randomly get vision of him miles away in his own jungle.

i suggest building him tanky, main item i use with him in all games is locket of solaris (i think thats how you spell it)

hes great at late game, if you're building him tanky. towers will go down fast too..with Q,W skills

not on LoL at the moment, so cannot tell you about runes or masteries. all i know is i got it off a build guide
