Intel 2500K & Mobo + PSU

I built a PC for my partner to edit photography (CS6, Aperture3) on which consited of a intel i5 2500k (not OC) and a Gigabyte motherboard. I had a GTX 570 in it but have since removed it and replaced with a old Nvidia 9600GT

I'm building another machine and want to use the XFX Pro 750 PSU in my new build and replace her's with another.

Now the question is what PSU would I need to run her machine now I have taken the GTX out and is the 2500K overkill for photography editing as i'm also looking to get a 2500K for my new setup.

Tbh i would expect your best bet would be to build her a new PC around something like an I3
