It's a business expense.
In this day and age, web presence is a necessity, google has become Yellow Pages. Even if the site says no more than your email and contact details, it is a way to get in touch with you.
If you are serious at pursuing it, you will need to get it done. Just don't buy alcohol for a couple of weeks, it's all it costs. It is cheaper than you think.
