Night Owl - Thread

1hr55mins to go, then off till Friday which is day shifts - as usual the internal debate is
a) power through Monday and go to bed in the evening, quickly getting into 'day' mode
b) go home and sleep till mid-afternoon then go to bed progressively earlier so I'm not zombified getting up at 6am on Friday.

Probably b) as I want to go to the gym before 'bro'o'clock', Mondays are always the worst day for the chest/biceps crowd. Gotta be up early Tuesday though, argh. Wish I could just work day shifts all the time, but much easier.

I've just slept for about 2 hours and now i'm in the process of turning day to night over the next couple of days as i have a weeks holiday.

I've got so much media to watch and games to play so i won't be bored.

I'm up for the long haul tonight kids. Had the toothache from hell last night where I slept not a wink. Managed to scarce a dentist out of bed at midday and parted with enough money to bankrupt a small African state. But it's better now :)

Fell asleep at 5pm in the end and just woke up. Thinking that's me done for the night. Could go gym, or troll women on OkCupid, or finish my play through of Bioshock, or do some work (*hollow laughter*), tidy my place (more laughter), or read. Or go for a long drive through London and enjoy the quiet streets and perhaps find an all night coffee place where I can read and sit with the other sleepless.

I'm very sorry but the world's my oyster tonight :p

catching up on some bmx.. some of the new tricks are unreal..

just thinking about what has become of bmx in the uk, wondering if i like how its become such a big thing now..

you turn up at the park wanting a chilled session but kids rock up doing back flips in your face, non stop riding, stopping everyone else from riding..

then you leave and they stop.. pretty annoying, 10 year ago it was different..almost feels like you've turned up at the x games now.. thinking that i cant wait for summer, street riding.

All the animals come out at night:D

Had a very very hot curry a couple of hours ago .. its the sharwoods limited edition bhut jolokia one ..nothing better for those late night toilet sessions:D

Body clock gone crazy at the moment. Got home from work around 3pm yesterday and jumped into bed for a quick nap before the Man U game. Didn't even bother setting my alarm clock as I didn't feel that tired. Famous last words.

2:30am this morning I woke up feeling extremely refreshed and confused. Been gym and shopping already, had breakfast and tidied up around here. Now just playing CSS and waiting for 8. I quite like the morning hours. The deathly silence makes you feel disconnected and gives you a break from London's hustle. If only for a few hours.

This thread seems to have been buried a bit. Stand clear, reviving!

Woke up at 2pm, need to stay awake til around 8pm ish (today), about to hit Tesco, suggestions as to what to buy to keep me awake?! :)
