Thats what I have done for the last few weeks and I have won more games than when I have "super teams"
 
ive noticed i do badly against players who seem to defend by circling around and suddenly stopping and closing all gaps down well - its weird how they defend but it works really well
 
I really want to make a Hybrid with Robben as a RF but it's so hard to make one. I don't want full bunda but I don't want Van Persie up front as I found him to be god awful.

Robben is by far the best player I have used in this UT. He is almost perfect. His only real weakness imo is his 2 star weak foot. He has scored sooooo many goals for me its unreal and made so many assist's. For the price he is really worth it. I would love his IF. But not for the prices they are going for at the moment.

How is it difficult really? If in 4321, Schweinstiger behind him at RCM, Lahm RB, Gustavo CCM and the rest you should be able to work in from there! If you need to, Santana at RCB and you've looped everyone in pretty well.
 
Anything without 5 at the back is not worth considering :p lol ;)

I completely forgot about Schweinstiger tbh. I might need to play about with squad builder again.

everyone is great in it appart from patos shooting.

he gets into good space but his shooting is abysmal, especially weaker foot.

I'm thinking of offloading Ribery at that price and bringing Neymar back in. Considering I bought Ribery for 498k, if I sold him for 630k or above I'd make at least 100k profit on him after tax, and I'd finally have enough coins to try Ronaldo if I wanted to. Very tempting!
 
I'm just surprised that we are now in March and the prices are still rising. What happened to the crash, did it last like 2 days in TOTY week in January?
 
TOTY Xabi is going, I think he would be an excellent CM in 4321, but as a CDM in 352 I can't get along with him :( IF Busquets on the other hand is a gem!
 
IF Biscuits is for some reason amazing and was last year too. I assume it's because he's ridiculously tall and EA's logic is along the lines of 'if someone is tall, they must be strong'.

Busquets has insanely good mental stats

90 Aggression
77 Positioning
90 Interceptions
85 Vision

Also very good for some reason albeit being M/M, which I usually dislike at CDM in 352.

Nothing wrong with Rooney at CDM imo, played him there and he was very good alongside SIF Fellaini, Fellaini covered, he ran forward to cover the CAM, great longshots, good strength, aggression, mental stats, decent enough passing, you could do a lot worse than Shrek tbh.
 
He just seems so considerate too, if Ogbonna or Chiellini are out of position, he'll float back in to their position so quickly, he's such a nice guy :)
 
I'm surprising myself with how much I am loving Tevez right now, absolute beast at LCM in 4321 and really works well.

Not sure on LF now, Lavezzi can stay, or I could go Ronnie or Francky, not sure if either is woth it over super-zeke tbh.
