GPU is very cheap and she might not play games on very much so that GPU will do nicely. Also I thought I would get the i5 3570k because when shes done with the PC I could use the chip:) I'm thinking ahead lol

Looks good but id be tempted to use the on-board graphics until you decide what its going to get used for.

Why not look at a AMD APU with a mini itx board would give you the option of gaming without the price of a GPU

I have 8 gb cheap as chips RAM from another build.

Thanks everyone:)

Opps forgot.

The reason for the GPU is the mobo doesn't have VGA output. My older LCD monitor only has VGA. The card have VGA. That's the reason for that GPU really:)

also PSU is a XFX 650watt. I don't want to buy another PSU, I'll just have to hide the wires very good. It doesn't matter really. She wont care as the case is a close case, not with window:)

the intel 3570k is the most common used CPU and its easy for overclocking, if you are planning to overclock i suggest you buy a better cooler, i like the noctua NH-D14

I wont be OC the CPU. When she's done with the pc I'll take the chip and use it myself at a future date.

Check the length of your PSU. 160mm is the MAX, 150mm is the ideal size for the Prodigy

Thanks for that, but that's for the Non Modular psu. I could only hope it comes with 2 4pin mobo connectors?

It's very likely it will. As far as I am aware, CPUs that require 8 pins have 2x4pin on the motherboard. I could be wrong though.

However, the Corsair builder series are designed for home/mild gaming computers so most people who use them will only have a single 4 pin CPU lead plugged in.
