The headset is a good all rounder, it is comfortable and fairly light weight

i like the removable headband clips, it makes storage or traveling with the set a breeze.

From what I can remember the OEM for these is Logitech right?
The mouse certainly resembles the Logitech G9.

Keyboard has some keys laid out in a similar fashion to logitech gaming 'boards.

But the headset looks like the steelseries 5h.

thats 8, there might be a button underneath or they've done something like count the horizontal scrolling axis as a button.

Cheers for that but what I meant was, I can't see 9 buttons on the mouse. Unless the mouse wheel surround bezel has a front and rear micro switch underneath. Also is there a possibility that the mouse wheel has left and right switches too?

Yes mouse wheel has left and right click.

Ii have this mouse, it is built by logitech and very similar to a g9x but a better shape IMHO.

Wonder how good that headset is, specifically the microphone. Not sure whether to get a headset with mic built in, or just use my speakers and get a desktop based microphone instead. Suppose the former would annoy the mrs far less lol.
