Poor TT, owner obviously thought quattro mean he can drive on sheet ice 'innit bruv'. Wouldn't suprise me if his ESP and haldex were defective, judging by the quality of cars appearing on the TT forum.
 
He must have been going some for hitting the BMW to flip him up in the air like that.
Must've been fairly high already. The BMW doesn't have much side impact damage, and it doesn't look like it's moved much, whereas the bonnet and windscreen look like they've been hit by his tyres.

They have to do dont they, under the RTA?
No idea. Could've been stolen or uninsured for all we know though.
