Hey Guys i'm looking to build a new gaming PC because my old one is getting a little dated and I need some expert help with building a new one.

My budget is in and around £1000.

I need no extras eg. Monitor, keyboard, mouse or speakers.

I will use this PC for primarily gaming but also basic computer needs, the PC will need to be able to be turned on for long periods of time without effecting the performance that much. I expect the PC to be able to handle top graphics with no issues as my current one can barely handle medium. I also run a dual monitor setup.

If there is any other information you need please ask :)

Gaming you should be fine with 8GB shouldn't give you warnings, especially with W8 it's pretty easy on ram (from my experience). There's no real advantage with i7 for gaming so the i5 should be sufficient for your gaming needs. But a i7 would be good if you plan to play BF3.

Oh :/ i get them all the time whilst gaming

I've never assembled or taken a PC apart how hard will it be to take parts out and assemble them? Also how much would it be if i were to no use any parts from my old computer?
