Worth adding some titans?

My god did you see the state of that guys hose in the vid ? the res outlet was almost flat and the bottom hose had a quad kink , it looked like a stretch of the M4
 
There's some stuff you need to fix before even thinking about changing graphics cards!

Those kinks in your watercooling tubing are awful. How do you have ANY flow? How did everything get so dusty as well? :eek:

You've got quite a bit of air in your CPU block too. :confused:

I watched that vid several times because I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. There is air bubbles in the CPU block. The tubes are kinked and flat for a few inches at the res and the tube coming from the res to the pump is completely flat from the edge of the case to the pump.

That needs a complete rebuild, with more care taken.
