Hey everyone new to the forum and overclockers ive built systems before but ive never really had to get the parts to build one myself ( ive allways asked a mate to help me out ) as i think 2 people looking over something is the best way to go about it ( hopefully i get more and 2 reply's to this thread lol ) so i just would like a 2nd opinion on the parts i will be getting in the next week or so...
well ive got about £800 - £900 quid to play with but cheaper the better...
i have hdds - psu - dvd writer - PSU = 700watts
parts list
Asus P8Z77-V DELUXE Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Compound (4g)
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX)
Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo CPU Cooler (Socket 1155 / )
EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE Assassin's Creed III & FTP Currency
BitFenix Merc Alpha Gaming Case - Black
Total cost £918
question is... is this a good setup i want a good cheap enuff setup that will last me at least a few years until i get the cash up again to upgrade....
hopefully am on the right track with all the parts, what i don't want is getting all the parts 2 my door fixing it all up and kaboom doesn't work :/ because i messed up buying parts that wont work with each other that's the main reason why am on here trying to get a 2nd opinion
well anyways thanks for reading ( hopefully lol ) i will check back later on for any reply's any feed back is welcome even if it is "yes" "good" or "ur dumb" lol thanks again
EDIT: forgot to add the CPU ( kinda tired )
Intel Core i7-3770 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail
