Currently hovering over the buy button of a 7950 (Gigabyte or Sapphire) but in no rush if there will be a shift in prices any time soon :)

Or any better value cards? currently got a 6870 and no particular budget as long as its value for money.

Don't know about any price drops inbound, the £ is weak against the $ too so that won't help either.

There are but forum rules don't allow talking about it.

1 x HIS HD 7950 IceQ BOOST 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (H795QC3G2M) with Crysis 3 & Bioshock PC Games £251.99

^

That is a beast btw.;)

Since when do forum rules prohibit recommending people products based on their value for money? Sure, discussing other sites selling the same product is prohibited, but saying that a HD 7950 offers more performance for the price than a 660 Ti is fully allowed. In any case, I don't think there is a better value card at the ~£250 price point than the HD 7950.

Another one for the iceq boost - got mine last year from here and am very happy with it :)

Got 2 IceQ's last week - pretty happy with them, they are huge but they run cool and are fairly quiet by my standard. They were £225 last week.

MSI 7950 TFIII are back in stock@£239.99

It depends on interpretation of the question asked, my interpretation was 'is there any better value 7950's'-which I can't go into detail about even though OcUK don't stock them.:)

Cheers all, gone for the HIS in the end as the reviews are very positive on the quietness.
One thing that really bugged me about the 6870 was the noise and heat!

Seems to be a bad time for gfx card buying, good offers appear to be very thin on the ground!

True, discussion of prices of other 7950's on different sites is indeed a forum no-no :)
