Using your mobile in the rain

A fairly rudimentary way of keeping your head dry.

Not sure what is there to say? Other than get a life op?

Its raining, the man has a bag on his person, he wants to be on his phone, so he put the bag on his head while using the phone.

Very intelligent thinking.

Or as was pointed out and is visible in the picture - they could use their hood which does the same job and doesn't stand out as looking quite so odd?

Some hoods fall off a lot, especially when windy, so a bag might have been better. I think it's a good idea. Who cares what weirdo taking photos to post on an internet forum thinks.

hmmm, take photo of something that most of the posters here and myself thought was funny, and then get flamed for it by being told to get a life and being a weirdo. really? lol. also I didn't say anything bad about the guy in my post at all, merely pointed it out as being amusing...lighten up guys it was funny, end of.

This is actually quite clever. As already stated hoods fall down in the wind easy. Also this bag idea keeps your face dry too and he isn't going to care as no one can see his face. Winner!

Are you sure it's a man? Those jeans are too tight for a man. The furry hooded shiny jacket is also feminine looking.

Surely the wind drag on a large carrier bag is much higher than that of a hood?
