NEED HELP: Hardware security

We've recently installed a few PC's in a youth center and the kids have been pulling all the leads out at the back. They are unable to be staffed 24/7.

Without boxing the PC up doesn't one know of a way i can put some form of security back plate on to counter this?

what PC's are they? you can get some security stuff for certain computers..


i.e i know i could get This for mine.

tbh it might fit others, ive not ordered one to see yet!

Actually no that work. I want to stop them from actually taking out the USB from the back.

YOU cannot do that with out putting it in a cabinet where there is a wire it can always be be pulled and if you use wireless chance are they would get lost or walked off with.

All you can do is monitor them or remove them only security your really get for computers in public area are the anti theft ones or sofware bases which would not help you.

Build a box or something and just put it in there with some holes for ventilation and staple the wire down on the inside off the box so it's unable to be tugged out of place?

Yeah going to have to box them in...

I cant for love nore money find an external power switch. Ideally i want something like this

If you are boxing them in, drill holes for the power buttons below and the IO Panel. You still have USB externally available (If they bring a USB Stick with them) and power/led control too!
