Anyone bought the Fifa 13 from Amazon US, that apparently uses Origin?

Will it activate and play 100% and online on a UK Origin acct?

When you buy I assume they just email you a activation code or is it done another way?

Thanks :)

Works 100% fine, You get emailed the code & it also shows it in your accounts page on Amazon.

Tom Clancy Collection £4.98 @ Game:

GRAW
SC:CT
R6V
Endwar
HAWX

Pretty old games but works out less than a quid each. Chaos Theory is fairly highly regarded, and I enjoyed Rainbow Six Vegas (squad based shooter but reasonably forgiving to casual gamers).

it's more than just forgiving, R6 Vegas is designed for casual gamers. the proper R6 games died after Raven Shield. That being said, the Vegas games are reasonably entertaining in Terrorist Hunt; the single player campaign is dreadful though.

I'm confused, why are there EA games on the Ubi store?

Ha yeah I thought that. Makes me wonder if you end up needing bother Uplay and Origin running for those...

Tempted to get Skyrim. With Gamefly, can you move game files? E.g, moving from SSD to HDD when wanting to make some room. Or will it have to be an reinstall jobby?

I'd be very surprised if Skyrim wasn't a Steam key to be honest. It uses Steamworks as standard to my knowledge.

Edit: Yup it states on the product page "This title installs and requires the Steam Client to play."

Just got the dragonborn DLC from gamefly...the email says they are temporarily out of stock, but no where does it tell me this until i have paid for it >_<

Either way, payed by paypal and they have took £6.99 out and will just email me when they get a key

This is possibly a stupid question, but do you have to download Dawnguard/Dragonborn? I know that the "D" in "DLC" stands for downloadable, but I was hoping to get it on DVD as I have a capped connection here which is limited to 1.5gb/day. If you can get it on DVD, is there anywhere particularly cheap at the moment?

mmm - tempted anyway- 6.99 seems a keen price for Dragonborn - and meant to be good ?

But I believe you use the Gamefly client to download it. Just wondering about whether the game files are saved in the Steam folder or in a Gamefly folder.

That isn't how it works in my experience. Once ordered you should be able to see the key under My Account > Purchase History and then click on the appropriate order number or sent via email. Once you have the key just open Steam click the Games drop down menu top left and use the "Activate a Product on Steam..." option entering the key when requested.

The key will the activate to the Steam account and you can download the game as normal through Steam.
