So I mailed a failed HD to WD about 3 weeks ago. Tracking suggests it did arrive but no word back as of yet. How long do they normally take to contact you?
If the OP has gone directly through WD for the RMA then I don't think OcUK would be able to help. You should be able to get hold of WD support though if there's no help from their automated trackers.
