On the jungler I would also add having a jungler means the other team don't know where one person on the opposition is - this make a huge difference to how the game plays

While i agree the jungler position is crucial, my advice to anyone who has just started is that it's not up to the jungler to win your lane for you, you should be trying to do this regardless. The amount of flak the role receives sometimes is second to none

They're there to countergank, control objectives and add pressure/presence to all lanes which is increasingly hard due to the additions of items such as sighstone as everywhere seems to be freaking warded these days!

Haven't tried the new ARAM yet, looks dead swish though so will have to pop on when i get home for a few games.

Quite like the new ARAM mode, its great to have different options to play depending on how much time you have to actually play.

ARAM is alright, though in my first game (which I won) had someone being a sore loser and claiming ARAM is just full of noobs now......some things never change!

Aram is great....

But the only problem i can see is that as it now is an official game mode, people might start try harding and rage at people that play badly and get upset when they lose.....

Well yes. But these things can lead to stupid reports which can result in people getting unfairly banned seeing how one sided the tribunal is. In my opinion both ARAM and dominion are modes to have fun in and taking them seriously is just pointless

The best way to improve at LoL is to realise how important vision is. Vision can save a lost lane or snowball a lane harder. Get in the habit of buying at least one ward whenever you blue pill regardless of the role you're playing.

Nah dominion is for noobs who think they can top lane and jungle but when they try it they actually suck so they just play dominion bro

There is actually a small but very hardcore Dominions competitive scene, if your interest is genuine.

I only know a little about it, enough to know that Kass, Kha'zix and Jayce are blanket banned by any tournaments and each team has 5 bans (iirc? Maybe 6) to use rather then the game's given 3. There's a few other champions considered universally ban-worthy but not broken enough to be perma-banned by default (Wukong, Lulu, Elise and Urgot spring to mind) and mostly those bans are used as player specific ones. I'd advise picking up one or two champions to main and in addition once you get high enough in Dominions queue you will know every single person you play with and what they play.

Thx for the info with regards jungleing guys, i did give it a bash last night and actually did pretty well, used volibear and killed pretty much everything in the jungle over and over, whilst moving between areas within it i'd help put presure on the enemy in there respective lanes, was cool to have a lot more cash and buy my gear a lot quicker too

Other than that, i enjoyed our 5v5 and the ARAM i played with you guys.

Tom, it was absolutely fine and the first game was great. We never really got to grips with the Ahri charm in bottom lane and those first couple of kills were pretty cruicial.

The second game as soon as we saw you guys having a bit of fun with the builds (tank team) we decided we'd prefer to continue our ranked team progression.

Always happy to play with you guys again in a 5v5 scrim though
