Is what I do in my garden my business?

The rozzers once came to a neighbor across the street and she tried to get there neighbor done for sitting in the nude reading the paper in his back garden and they couldn't do a thing, your property you do what you want is what they we're told :) him taking pictures of you on the other hand isnt on.

I don't know how people can live like that, i.e having neighbours, complete strangers right next door, then all the potential conflicts, thus far I have avoided having any contact with neighbours all my life, long may it continue.

I wonder if he shouts at people sunbathing on the beach? People in bikinis, etc. Oh and he can't let his kids go to a swimming pool either...

Your property, tell him to do one... However if you was nude, it'd also be perfectly legal, as long as you stay on private property and not public property you can wear (or not wear) whatever you wish.

About him taking pictures, he is on his property so it's a fine line between legal and illegal, data protection, maybe...

If it's nice again tomorrow then I'll do it again, probably have a couple of beers too.

Maybe stick headphones in and listen to some tunes at the same time, if you see him trying to get your attention just raise a beer, nod and smile then close your eyes. ;)

The houses are all detached, separate gardens, he took the pictures from the opening section of what I think is his bathroom window as it had the patterned glass to stop people looking in so I assume its a bathroom/en suite.

I will remind him next time if he carries on that he is treading on thin legal ice taking pictures of me on private propety and he would be better off if he doesn't do it again.

You're on your own property and can carry on as you so wish.

Do the same again and see if he reacts the same way. If he takes more pictures of "you" on your "own property" then he's invading your privacy which you have a legal right too and he'll be the one in the ****.

Ideally it'll fizzle out and you'll look like a bronzed Adonis in no time but if he carries on taking pics and harassing you then time to complain to the police and let them sort him out.

My street doesn't have street lights, so when it's night time I often pee on my front lawn. Hope none of my neighbours have NV gear.

I wouldn't, data protection is very hard to get a case made on with taking pictures, legally, you stand where you could probably get your face blurred out and request copies. That's about it. Kindly request that he leaves you in peace as he is harassing you, and kindly request him to stop taking pictures of you.

NO no no, nothing nudist really.

Was nice and sunny earlier, and so I decided to have a sunbathe in my garden.

Had my top, socks and shoes off but kept my shorts on and just lay there on the grass.

Neighbour shouts over the fence "there are children around here but some clothes on!" in a really angry way as if my junk was just on show.

My response was to tell the neighbor its my garden I'll do what I want.

Neighbor then threatens to call Child protection services and police, which I replied was "fine" he then proceeded to take pictures of me from his window.

I ignored this and eventually he stopped.

Now my garden is surrounded with panel fencing on all sides, you cannot see through the fence and the only way a kid is gonna see in the garden is if they are at an elevated height, even if they did then all they will see is my bare torso.

Surely my neighbour has no grounds to complain about what I was doing? If I was walking around naked then yea ok I could see their point.

He's gay for you and all the guff was a ruse so he could take pictures. He probably self gratifying himself to them right now.

Wait.. what?

Firstly.. you're a guy right?

Hot weather, in the garden with your shirt off? lol.. the neighbour is utterly and completely bonkers. What's the neighbour gonna think of nude little kids in a paddling pool having fun!?

The only thing I can think of, is that your winter white skin, is likely to cause temporary blindness to said children, and you need to get a tan before taking off your top. Catch 22, but have you considered a spray tan? ;)

Ignore his retarded behavior. The fact he had an issue with you sunbathing half-naked and then proceeded to take pictures from his window says it all, or oblige him and enjoy the intercourse, it does sounds like he likes you. Nah, but seriously if he begins to harass you any further then call the police, just don't dial 999 kk.
